A cool new double-page advertisement for Advanced Armament Corp.

Ryan Ridings, a talented 3d modeler is making a SICK 3D model of my e46! He started working on this model close to a year ago… and just recently picked it back up and turning wrenches on it. The progress has been awesome to watch so far… Ryan definitely has an eye for this. I took a modeling class in Lightwave in college, and did terrible… so I have a lot of respect for Ryan’s talent. Did I mention he is 17 years old?

I had a chance to sit down and re-work the GTE logo I made back in 2006. The original typeface had some inconsistent letter skewing. So I fixed that, along with some of the ligatures. I adjusted some of the kerning, and added a few other tweaks as well.

Another super-cool poster I designed for the AAC Silencer Shoot in September. This movie-poster style ad will be appearing in several different magazines.

Somehow this is supposed to work.
Dissasembled… and cleaned.
Unfortunately… it doesn’t.

So rad.

While I was moving I found my old 8-bit Nintendo Entertainment System. Michael found his in the moving process as well. Finding all my old NES games has rekindled some of my obsession with what is now referred to as “retro-gaming”. Despite how old that makes me feel… I do think a lot of the game artwork and advertising surrounding video games from that era is fascinating. I suppose the “futuristic” aspect of these gaming systems didn’t do well with age.

Regardless… I can’t get enough of it. Perhaps since I grew up with it… I can relate to that future-appeal.

Words cannot even begin to describe… this is possibly THE most amazing thing I have ever seen. EVER.
This car left me speechless… for a solid 5 minutes after I watched the video about it.
I honestly sat in silence (and amazement) after seeing this.
